These Terms & Conditions apply to credit-card bill payment services through Smile Money.

2. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for entering accurate credit-card/biller details and payment amount and must verify all details before confirmation.

3. Transaction Confirmation

A transaction reference does not by itself guarantee credit to the card account. Final credit is subject to processing, settlement and confirmation by the relevant payment/biller partner.

4. Failed Transactions

Failed transactions after debit are subject to reconciliation. Applicable refunds follow the Refund & Reversal Policy.

5. Pending Transactions

Transactions may remain pending due to banking, network, payment-system, biller or technical issues. Customers should wait for confirmation before another payment.

6. Successful but Not Credited

If marked successful but not reflected in the credit-card account, the customer may raise a complaint using the transaction reference.

7. Reversal and Refund

Transactions may be reversed or refunded due to technical failure, reconciliation mismatch, payment-system rules, biller rejection or other applicable circumstances.

8. Disputes

Customers should first contact Smile Money through the support/grievance channel. Smile Money may facilitate communication with the bank, card issuer, payment network or biller where applicable.

Smile Money shall not be responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information entered by the customer, subject to applicable law.

11. Records
